I started photography as a young man to document where I've visited, people I've met, and special occassions in 1970. I always had the desire to expand into other areas of photography but was frustrated with the slow feedback of film. I started scanning my images and using photo editing software for enhancement in the mid 90's. The advent of digital cameras was what I needed to explore this as a great hobby and more. I'm mostly self taught through magazines, books, the web, and a couple of seminars. I've been encouraged to sell my photos so this is one of the ways I've chosen.
Most of my photos have been adjust in my digital darkroom. George Lepp would call these illustrations because I've gone beyond the normal minor tweaks. I love hot rods and they are one of my favorite subjects, as well as landscapes.
I hope you enjoy your visit, thank you.
